Summary: Receives and processes phone and email orders from sales staff and clients throughout California. Assists department with various administrative tasks. Our ideal candidate would have wine-related experience but it is not an essential requirement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong administrative data entry skills-40 wpm
• Excel and MS Office proficient
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• 3-4 years minimum work experience
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly and comprehensively
• Effective organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal office skills
• College degree or diploma
• French/Italian language skills
• Specific wine knowledge or experience in the wine industry
• Sales experience
• Microsoft NAV or similar data entry experience
